Refund Policy

PLAN WISE REFUNDS RIGHTS

(A) For incident based plans

You can claim for payment refund for an incident based plan only if all of the below circumstances are met:

  1. You have completed all the essential condition for the resolution of the problem.  Below is a list of certain

Precondition.  Please note such list is not exclusive.

  1. Providing remote access to the computer.
  2. Ensuring hardware configuration matches with software’s requirements.
  3. Following the instructions as given by TECHISMO technician.
  4. Not having malicious codes, bugs installed to stop the help.
  5. Not violating any of the hardware or software related legal terms of use.
  6. Associating cable to the right place to make the device accessible and working to use.
  7. Having the proper electrical connection to make an easy regular connection with the device.
  8. Introduce CD’s or required software’s to resolve the problem.
  9. Must have legal software rights with you.
  10. Allowing the TECHISMO technician to make changes in incorrect settings etc.
  11. Not having any other infirmity which renders it impossible for TECHISMO technician to proceed.
  12. The same problem occurs again with the same or higher magnitude within a period of 15 days and the second attempt to correct the problem within a period of 3 working days also goes futile.
  13. The solution of problem does not result in the out of scope activity (please also refer to exclusion of services clause in service agreement) and is still not solved. Some case of the out of scope action is as below. The following list is not exhaustive:
  14. The problem is diagnosed with a hardware installation which needs a change in hardware either because of its incompatibility. Such a new hardware unless purchased will not help in resolving the problem.
  15. The problem requires the customer to purchase a license.  Unless such license is purchased,  TECHISMO will not be able to solve the problem.
  16. The problem is for an out of scope movement as mentioned under the exclusion of service clause in the service agreement.

PLEASE NOTICE THE ABOVE LIST IS NOT EXCLUSIVE AND IS ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFERENCE.

 

PROCEDURE AND AMOUNT FOR REFUND

You must go with the below procedure to make a valid claim for refund of money.

Step1 – You have to analyze which problem is not solved.

Step 2 – You must successfully connect with a TECHISMO Technician and attempt to receive assistance in good faith. If you terminate a session unilaterally or without permission of a TECHISMO Technician, you may not qualify for Step 2.

Step 3 – In addition, you must write at support@Techismo.us with the following details:

  1. The reason for asking for the refund.
  2. The ID number is given to you at the time of sale.
  3. The name of the salesperson (if remembered).
  4. Outlining the issue which was communicated earlier and not resolved.
  5. Reference to any attempt he/she made to contract but proved futile.

Step 4 – You must give a repeal time of 3 working days from the date of such email to support@techismo.us and give them the required facilities and framework to resolve the issue.

 

Step 5 – In case the problem is still and not resolved, TECHISMO may agree on the amount claimed for a refund after deduction of necessary charges for servicing to the customer.  However, the refund claimed for payment by yourself should not be more than the amount mentioned as per the below table.

Monthly Subscription Plan
·         According to monthly subscription plan amount will be automatically charged on              1st of each month following the activation of the plan.

·         Reactivation will require all back dues and set up fee.

·         Non Payment of monthly subscription will result in cancellation of the plan.

·         This plan can be canceled anytime after 1st month by written notice/email.

·         Nonrefundable 1st and last month subscription fee along with setup fee required              at initiation of account.

 

Single Incident Plan
·         25% of the amount will be refunded within 3 days.

·         75% of the plan amount will be deducted from first service delivery.

·         Nonrefundable after 3 days.

 

Annual Contract Advance
·         55% of the amount will be refunded within 7 days

·         45% of the plan amount will be deducted from the first service delivery.

·         10% of the amount will be refunded within 15-30 days.

·         25% of the amount will be refunded within 7-15 days.

·         Nonrefundable after 30 days.

 

Annual Contract
·         45% of the plan amount will be deducted from the first service delivery.

·         55% of the amount will be refunded within 7 days.

·         10% of the amount will be refunded within 15-30 days.

·         25% of the amount will be refunded within 7-15 days.

·         Nonrefundable after 30 days.

 

Reseller Product Services
·         No warranty of the product and services except as offered by the Reseller                            Company.

·         Nonrefundable once activation has been placed on customer’s computer including            Tablets, Smartphones, and laptops.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL FOLLOW THE ABOVE STEPS TO CLAIM REFUND OF AMOUNT AND WILL NOT APPEAL TO ANY DIRECT CHARGEBACK WITH THE BANK WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE ABOVE PROCEDURE.

YOU ALSO ADMIT THAT IN CASE YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A CHARGEBACK DIRECTLY WITH BANK, YOU WILL WITHDRAW IT WHEREVER TECHISMO. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL REASON YOU TO FINE ANY RIGHT TO REFUND AND WILL OBLIGATE YOU TO PAY A $300.00 CHARGEBACK AMOUNT.

No Complaints

You explicitly agree not to report any matters to any department of the Better Business Bureau or/and any state agency without first informing us in writing of the issue and giving us 12 business days to correct the issue.  Failure to do so will cause us to incur significant attorney amount in responding to those complaints and accordingly, you agree to pay those fees and/or waive any and all rights to refund, whichever is less.

No Modifications

TECHISMO does not accept any modifications proposed by you unless TECHISMO specifically agrees to specific modifications in writing.

You must completely read, agreed and understood to the refund policy. By putting a tick box or By clicking the payment button on the website against “I have read and agree to Refund Policy” on the payment page of any website you hold yourself liable for all charge amount agreed upon in terms of the service plan selected by yourself.  You agree to pay the credit card company ALL the charges/fees incurred for the services rendered by ‘TECHISMO’ and will not dispute or claim any refund from the credit card company.  You further accept this entire Agreement with no changes or modifications.
